Lange, 35, of Sherburn was convicted of driving while impaired-alcohol concentration 0.08 within two hours; fined $605, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, pay costs, no misdemeanor violations, no alcohol/controlled substance use, no alcohol/controlled substance possession, random testing, attend MADD impact panel, chemical dependency evaluation/treatment, follow recommendations of evaluation. Additional charges of driving under the influence of alcohol, open bottle violation-drinking and consumption, and failure of driver to carry proof of insurance when operating a vehicle were all dismissed.
