FAIRMONT - A Mass of Christian Burial for Amy L. Wade, 46, of Fairmont, Minn., will be 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 19, at St. John Vianney Catholic Church in Fairmont. Burial will take place at a later date.
Amy passed away Friday morning, Nov. 15, 2013, at her home in Fairmont. Visitation will be 4-7 p.m. Monday, Nov. 18, at Lakeview Funeral Home in Fairmont, and will continue one hour prior to the service at the church on Tuesday.
Amy Lynne Nolan was born Aug. 16, 1967, in Blue Earth, Minn., the daughter of Rick and Carol (Runge) Nolan. She attended school in Blue Earth and then Estherville High School, graduating in 1985. After high school, Amy worked for New Horizon Home Healthcare. In 1994, she moved to Fairmont and worked at Ingleside and Goldfinch. She started working at Kwik Trip when they built the new store in Fairmont and enjoyed working there up until her recent illness. Amy loved to spend time with her family.
Those who will cherish her memory include her husband, Carl Wade of Fairmont; two boys, Lucas and Colin Wade of Fairmont; step daughter, Chelsea Wade of Westminster, Colo.; mother, Carol Boettcher and her husband, Marvin, of Blue Earth; father, Rick Nolan and his wife, Jean, of Estherville; half-brother, Josh Nolan of Estherville; half-sisters, Tammy Cheney of Farmington, Minn., and Kelly Boettcher of Winnebago, Minn.; parents-in-law, Harry and Connie Wade of Fairmont; sister-in-law, Laura McGlauchlen (Kevin); brothers-in-law, Keith Wade, Todd Wade (Melissa), and Andy Wade (Brook); step brothers, Dennis Boettcher, Todd Boettcher (Cassie), David Boettcher (Kim) and Gregory Boettcher (Michelle); nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and other relatives and friends.
