OTSEGO - Memorial services for Patsy J. Kropuenske, 66, of Otsego will be 11 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 9, 2013, at Central Lutheran Church, 1103 School St. NW, Elk River. There will be a private interment.
Patsy, loving wife, caring mother and devoted grandmother, went to meet her Lord and Savior on Friday, Nov. 1, 2013. Friends may gather two hours prior to the services Saturday at the church.
Patsy was a devoted, loving grandmother. During her career in the mortgage industry, she was active in the local Chamber of Commerce and in 2006, the Minnesota Finance and Commerce Magazine named Patsy one of the top 10 Financial Women. She was very active in the work of the Rivers of Hope, working against domestic abuse. Patsy is survived by her best friend and loving husband, Duane; daughters, Nichole (Mark) Tilc, and Julie (Jeff) Knollenberg; son, Jay (Laurie) Beyer-Kropuenske; grandchildren, Sam and Claire Beyer-Kropuenske, Zachary, Benjamin and Emily Knollenberg, Christopher and Veronica Tilc; and mother-in-law, Thelma Kropuenske. Also survived by: brothers, Larry (Jane) Fullerton, Robert Fullerton, and Ronald (Marilyn) Fullerton; sisters, Geraldine (Herb) Gewerth, Joan (Bob) Norton, Kathleen (Ray) Burczyk, Bonnie Felvy, and Sheila Shafer; brother-in-law, Wayne Kropuenske; special friend, Marcy VanValkenberg; and numerous nieces and nephews.
