To the Editor:
The aluminum can collection trailer is still in the mall parking lot as a means of raising money for the Fourth of July fireworks in Fairmont. It is an integral part of our fund-raising. We thank those who contribute cans and hope everyone considers contributing their cans to help us keep our quality fireworks display on the Fourth.
A couple of our funding sources have either been lost or reduced. We would welcome contributions from individuals and/or organizations to keep the fireworks display one of the best in the area. Contributions can be sent to: Fairmont Fireworks, P.O. Box 427, Fairmont. Thanks in advance.
