FAIRMONT - Trynda Nicole Oberg and Peter Daniel Kroneman, both of Rochester, announce their engagement and upcoming marriage.
Parents of the couple are Donald and Janice Oberg of Fairmont, Larry Kroneman of Sioux Falls, S.D., and the late Bonnie (Winter) Kroneman.
Trynda graduated from Fairmont High School, Luther College, received a master's degree from South Dakota State University and Mayo School of Health Sciences. She works in the Molecular Anatomic Pathology Laboratory at The Mayo Clinic, Rochester.

Peter graduated from Brandon Valley High School, Brandon, S.D., Mankato State University and received a master's degree from Concordia University, St. Paul. He works with at-risk youth at Family Service Rochester.
A Sept. 15 wedding is planned at Evangel United Methodist Church, Rochester.
