CEYLON - Sandra (Schmidt) Binner and David Ehlert announce their engagement and upcoming marriage.
Parents of the couple are Shirley Schmidt of Ceylon, the late Vernon Schmidt, and Dwayne and Jean Ehlert of Fairmont.
Sandra graduated from Ceylon High School. She works as a para educator and youth counselor at Forest Ridge.

A July 14 wedding is planned at St. Paul's Lutheran Church, Wilbert.
