FAIRMONT - Kelly Drayfahl and Matthew Quiring announce their engagement and upcoming marriage.
Parents of the couple are Mark and Ellen Neubauer of Fairmont, Clint Drayfahl of Granada, and Randy and Irene Quiring of Welcome.
Kelly graduated from Fairmont High School in 2009 and Winona State University in 2012. She will attend the criminal justice program at St. Cloud State University this fall.

A July 28 wedding is planned at Bethel Evangelical Free Church, Fairmont.
