To the Editor:
A few years ago, a group of people from our church and the community decided to find a way to be a blessing to others. Because of our faith and love for Christ, it was decided to offer a free community Easter dinner for those who, for a variety of reasons, didn't have plans.
We have been privileged to serve hundreds of folks and have received lots of help and resources from area and community volunteers.
We are again offering a free Easter dinner to anyone who would join us for a wonderful meal. We will begin serving at noon in our fellowship hall. Rides are available if you call our church office (507) 238-1939.
We can even deliver a takeout meal for those shut in or those unable to use our transportation. Just call us with your request. Also, if you are coming with a larger group, a call ahead of time is appreciated.
May the love of Christ and the hope of this resurrection season be experienced by all.
