FAIRMONT - Tiffany Noel Roberts and Justin James Ratcliffe announce their engagement and upcoming marriage.
Parents of the couple are Darwin and Sandy Roberts of Granada, James Ratcliffe of Truman, and the late Jennie Marsh.
Tiffany graduated from Granada-Huntley-East Chain in 1998 and is attending school studying nursing. She works at Premier Health Care Services.
