BLUE EARTH - Sara Jacobson and Matthew Theede announce their engagement and upcoming marriage.
Parents of the couple are Mike and Joann Jacobson of Blue Earth, and Rick and Linda Theede of Wells.
Sara graduated from Blue Earth Area High School in 2000 and Bethel University in 2004. She works in product development at The Occasions Group, Mankato.

Matthew graduated from United South Central High School in 2001 and Ridgewater College in 2005 He works as a supervisor at Guardian Energy Ethanol, Janesville, and farms.
A Jan. 1 wedding is planned at Trinity Lutheran Church, Blue Earth.
