FAIRMONT - Becky Breitbarth of Fairmont and Noah Rogness of Hopkins announce their engagement and upcoming marriage.
Parents of the couple are Neal and Juleen Breitbarth of Fairmont, and Lon and Jan Rogness of Hopkins.
Becky graduated from Martin Luther High School in 2005 and Bethany Lutheran College in 2008. She works for Congresswoman Michele Bachmann in Washington, D.C.

Noah graduated from Hopkins High School in 2000 and the University of Minnesota-Duluth in 2008. He is a Sergeant First Class in the U.S. Army, stationed at the Pentagon in the Army Chief of Chaplain's office.
A Sept. 4 wedding is planned at St. Paul Lutheran Church, Fairmont.
