FAIRMONT - Amanda Sokoloski and Travis Olson were married Oct. 3, 2009, at St. John Vianney Church, Fairmont. The Rev. Kevin Connelly and lay minister Marlys Pearson performed the ceremony.
Parents of the couple are Randy and Kim Sokoloski, and Rod and Nancy Olson of Fairmont.
Matron of honor was Bridget Gavin of Robbinsdale, friend of the bride. Bridesmaids were Molly Kniefel of Minnetonka, cousin of the bride, and Shari Olson of Brookings, S.D., sister of the groom. Flowergirl was Tyra Busch of Smithville, Mo., cousin of the bride.
Best man was Christopher Davison of Apple Valley, friend of the groom. Groomsmen were Patrick Querry of Clinton, Iowa, friend of the groom, and Brian Sokoloski of Mankato, brother of the bride. Ringbearer was William Brolsma of Plymouth, friend of the bride.
Guests were ushered by Christopher Beckerman and Michael Douglas, both of Minneapolis, friends of the couple, and Ethan Jurries of Sherburn, cousin of the bride.
Wedding music was performed by Kurt Isenberg and Richard Brolsma, vocalists, Beverly Tenney, pianist, Lisa Isen, flute, Angela Thoreson, violin, and Marcia Findly, guitar.
A reception was held at Fairmont Holiday Inn.
The couple plan to live in Maple Grove.
