Tiffany Anne Grefe

ARCADIA, Wis. - Tiffany Anne Grefe, 26, of Arcadia, Wis., passed away at her home after a courageous 15-month battle with liver cancer.

She was born Dec. 9, 1982 in Fairmont, Minn., to Jack and Cindy (Johnson) Grefe. Tiffany moved with her family to Wisconsin when she was 7. In 2001, she graduated from Arcadia High School and then attended UW-Marshfield. She was currently working for the Arcadia Co-op as the assistant manager of BP on 93 until May, when her illness made her unable to continue working.

Tiffany will be remembered for her wonderful smile, sense of humor, and spicy personality. She loved spending time with family and friends. She enjoyed movies, traveling, socializing, singing karaoke, spending time with children and animals, and living life to the fullest. Tiffany will be greatly missed by family and friends. We are all saddened that she was unable to fulfill all her hopes and dreams, but we are grateful for the time we were able to spend with her.

She is survived by her parents, Jack and Cindy Grefe of Arcadia; siblings, Jessy (Jeff) Grulkowski of Arcadia, Jacinda (Rob Russ) Grefe of Fountain City, Wis., and Cody (Alexis Tamke) Grefe of St. Paul, Minn.; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

Preceding Tiffany in death were her paternal and maternal grandparents.

A funeral service will be held 1 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 15, 2009, at Christ Lutheran Church in Arcadia, with Pastor Peter Jonas officiating. Burial, at a later date, will be at Glencoe Lutheran Cemetery, Arcadia.

Friends may call at the church from 4-7 p.m. Saturday and noon to 1 p.m. Sunday.

Casket bearers will be Jeff Grulkowski, Rob Russ, Randy Rugotzke, Scott Rogstad, Darren Grefe, and Adman Olson.
