Margaret M. Hill

SHOREVIEW - Services for Margaret Mae Hill, 85, of Shoreview, Minn., will be on Sunday, June 14, at 4 p.m. at Central Baptist Church in St. Paul, Minn. Visitation will be at 3 p.m. Burial will be at a later date at Riverside Cemetery in Winnebago, Minn. She died June 9, 2009, at the Pillars in Oakdale, Minn.

Margaret Mae Hill was born Dec. 3, 1923, in Winnebago, Minn., the daughter of Martin J. and Adean (Rightmire) Hill. She attended rural school, District 6, in Faribault Co., Minn. She graduated from Winnebago High School in 1941; Sioux Falls College in 1946; Internship-School of Medical Technology in Spokane, Wash., in 1947, and attended Bethel College Seminary for 1 years. Margaret was a 35-year Administrative Lab Tech for Midway Hopsital in St. Paul.

She became a baptized member of the First Baptist Church in Winnebago, Minn., during her teen years. Later became a member of Central Baptist Church in St. Paul where she devoted her time and heart to many ministries.

She is survived by her dear friend, Marilyn Starr of Shoreview; sisters-in-law, Edith Hill of Bemidji, Lois Hill-Starker of Rochester, Jan Hill of Argentina and Marjorie Hill of Winnebago; and many nieces, nephews and friends.

She was preceded in death by 4 brothers: Lewis, Donald, James and Robert.

Memorials are preferred to: Central Baptist Mission Fund and Trout Lake Camps.
