Teachers use a video to help ease test pressure

MOUNDS VIEW, Minn. (AP) — A group of Minnesota elementary teachers are telling their students to let it go — let go of test pressure, that is.

Six teachers at Turtle Lake Elementary School rewrote the lyrics to the popular song "Let It Go" from Disney's movie "Frozen" and then filmed themselves performing it. Their message to students was to just relax as they headed into statewide Minnesota Comprehensive Assessments

"Let it go, let it go, I will let my knowledge show," the fifth-grader teachers sing.

The St. Paul Pioneer Press reports (http://bit.ly/1nVUXeD ) the video has gotten thousands of views on social media sites and sparked many positive comments.

And some students said the video actually helped them feel calmer.
