"Now days the Gov pays the rent & gives you a ebt card to buy garbage/junk food. Oh almost forgot a cell phone too boot!!"

Well I guess since we are giving renter everything, they should complain... At what point do we let the weak perish and the strong survive? No worries, climate change will thin the herd.

I lived in Fairmont for 11 years and was a renter all of that time. I never had any issues with the apartments complexes. I would suggest that the ones who need to be involved in this conquest would be those who have had all the complaints. Those who had not had legitimate complaints should not have to pay the price for the bad landlords.

1. Registration/licensing/ Revoking/suspending licenses

2. Health and safety Inspections/ Fees

3. Disorderly behavior

There, I simplified the process for you city hall.

I used rental housing for many years. I very seldom had need of/ nor signed any type of lease. I always rented w/ my eyes wide-open, and knowing the fact that I might have to move. That philosophy served me well, I moved only once due to a situation the landlord refused to repair.
