Excellent article! I had no idea that I had Lyme disease for years before my diagnosis last summer. I changed medical providers and my new doc was much more aware of the symptoms. The organs and systems affected by Lyme are widespread and very debilitating.

Thank you for educating readers about Lyme. I appreciate that you shared both sides of the treatment issue; however, my experience with treatment would seem to confirm that "herxing" is very real.

Lyme becoming more virulent. Transmitted human to human body fluids.Other insects carrying disease as well. many dead in Europe. Encephalitis and enlarged heart most common killers. happens quickly. I have had Lyme 20 years 95% better I WILL try to help as doctors rarely do
