I find it (if it wasn't so pathetic) hilarious that these municipalities are now whining about this. Maybe, just maybe if you idiot do gooder politicians would stick to what NEEDS to be done rather than what you think FEELS good these cities infrastructure, AND ratings wouldn't be in the same spot. Stay on track for a change. ACT like you know what a budget is rather than behaving like a common thief. "Oh, we didn't have enough water usage, huh, go figure, the city listened to us. Well, we gotta up them rates now to cover OUR costs." It's only a tax base right? And money is just a piece of paper, why shouldn't you be able to bilk the people of more or just make more? I mean, your the government after all, it should be allowed. Qwityer*******' ya whiney piece of work.
