I can assure you that we have records on every animal that has been in that so called Animal shelter that Blue Earth has. My wife spends hours on keeping records for every animal that the Faribault County Humane Society takes in. Now do you have records on every animal that came into that shelter prior to the Humane Society taking it over? Do you have records of every animal that was put down? The one thing that we do not keep record of are the miles that we drive to Clean that shelter, to pick up animals, to pick up donated pet food, to clean the pet bedding and to buy supplies for the animals. All of this comes out of our pockets or the money that is donated to the society. What would you do with almost 600 records of animals that we have worked with? Put them in a file, put them in a box, would you review them on the cities time and for what reason? What would you do with the adoption records? Send out thank you cards to those that have adopted pets! As far as the billing, do
