Dear Bob, While I would normally be all for anything that provides another way to keep the gov't, whether it be local or federal, out of my ever dwindling pocket I'm forced to ask a question. Why are the overtaxed people of MN forced to come up with ANY monies for a team that has yet to prove it's worth ANYWHERE? Why do we have to "create" industries to let a team stay in the picture. Nearly a BILLION dollars is going to be spent on something that will be used, basically, on a professional level, EIGHT times a year? If I lived in my house EIGHT weekends a year would there be any way to get the people of MN to for half of it? Wait, don't answer it. You out of touch politicians who really have no clue on fiscal responsibility would create a program if there isn't one already. If the NFL is SO needed in the state of MN, let THEM come up with the programs. Enough is enough.

I thought the tribes purchased the race tracks or bought them out so this would not happen?

As he demonstrated during his short lived, uneventful, pathetically weak tenure in the "majority" Bob is part of the problem!! Between him and Rosen they pushed thru a football stadium in Minneapolis at a cost of $1billion...OH and they were clueless how it would be paid for! Perhaps they weren't clueless ....just not worthy of the job they were elected for! Neither are conservative...they would much rather COMPROMISE WITH PROGRESSIVE LIBERALS than take a stand for what is right!! Why??? In Rosen's case it might be due to her new cosmopolitan life and progressive friends & associates in the Cities. After all she isn't building a new mansion in SW Minnesota...nope that new house is being built near the progressive liberal hole called the Cities. OH and what about Bob...well he is just coasting to retirement...no sense rocking the boat now! After all, with his company allegedly profiting from the super brilliant idea to BUS workers OUT of town to Jackson, he can't afford t
