Moratorium on death

I’m declaring a moratorium on death. No one is allowed to die for the rest of the year.

There have been so many deaths this year already — people I know personally and a number of famous people, some in both categories who were fairly young — and frankly I’m overwhelmed at this point.

So nobody’s allowed to die for a while. I need time to catch my breath.
