March Madness

I admit I don't know much about sports. My husband is the sports "go-to" guy, so anything I know about sports in general is usually through him. For March Madness, he usually gets me a bracket for whatever NCAA pools are going on and gives me some tips to fill them out.

But this year, I was on my own, with only an hour before deadline. My normal ("woman-like") method for choosing is what I fell back on: my family's from Wisconsin, and I love bulldogs, so those are what I chose for the most part. Now I don't remember what exactly I picked, but I heard Butler (with a bulldog mascot) was doing well.

WHY DID I NOT REMEMBER BUTLER HAD A BULLDOG?!?!

Another $2 gone to the wind this year... Maybe I'll have better luck with the MegaMillions and Powerball tickets this weekend. (If I do, I'll let you know when I update my blog from the beach!)

PS - When's spring supposed to get here, anyway?!
