The decade from Hell?!

At least, that's how Time magazine is referring to the double-zeros decade. While some will say technically the next decade begins in 2011, Time already has oodles of Top 10s for the entire decade including a top 10 on what made it "the worst decade." However, the main article and some of the articles about what we might see in the next 10 years also have an optimistic outlook for the future... if we're willing to roll with the changes.
