"If you go around mu-ing at people, they'll think you're freakin' weird," he wisely pointed out. Indeed. (Please see prior blog to make any sense of this. Apologies if no sense is still to be made.) Capturing these sort of moments is what writing is truly all about. I like to collect random things people say, and I seem to stumble across these little notes when I am in need of a good laugh. For instance, words of wisdom shared by a colleague when discussing confusion over the word "moot" -- as in, "moot point" -- are now posted above my desk.
